Why it exists

Most vehicle costs are invisible one receipt at a time. A tank here, a set of tyres there, a service in the spring — none of it feels like much, and none of it adds up anywhere. DriveLogix is the place it adds up: log a fill-up in seconds, and cost per mile, fuel economy and what maintenance is due next keep themselves current.

The same records answer the harder version of the question for a van, a truck or a small yard — per vehicle rather than averaged across the fleet, with every record attributed to the driver who made it. That is what DriveLogix for business is.

What we believe

• Your data is yours

  No ads, no data brokers, no cross-site tracking. Your records are visible to the members of your own garage and nobody else. Export everything to CSV or a spreadsheet whenever you like — and delete the account, and the data with it, from inside the app.

• Free where it should be free

  2 vehicles, unlimited history and every record type cost nothing, and drivers are always free — a household or a crew is not a per-seat upsell. Paying is for garages that outgrow the free tier.

• Built by someone who logs fill-ups

  DriveLogix started as a private garage log and grew into a product because spreadsheets stopped answering the question that matters: what is this vehicle actually costing to keep? Every feature earns its place against that question.

• One codebase, everywhere

  The website, the installable app and the Play Store build are the same thing. What you see on a phone is what you get on a laptop, and a fix ships to all of them at once.

Who we are

DriveLogix is a service of Supreme Host LLC. It is paid for by the people who use it — subscriptions, nothing else — which is why there is no advertising in the app and no reason for us to be interested in your data beyond showing it back to you.
