What DriveLogix is

DriveLogix (“we”, “the service”), a service of Supreme Host LLC, is a vehicle management application: you record refueling, charging, maintenance, expenses and mileage for your vehicles.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and a hashed password — or, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.

Vehicle data you enter: vehicles, odometer readings, fuel and charging records, services, expenses, income, routes, reminders and notes. This data exists solely so the app can show it back to you.

Technical basics: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept briefly for security and debugging.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not track you across other websites. Your vehicle records are visible only to the members of your own garage account.

Receipt scanning

If you use AI receipt scanning (a paid feature), the photo you submit is sent to an AI processing provider solely to extract the text and prefill your form. A copy of the receipt is kept in secure cloud file storage and attached to the record it produced, so you can view it later; location metadata embedded by your camera is stripped before storing. Deleting the record, the vehicle, or your account deletes the file. The image is not used for anything else. Only submit documents you are comfortable having processed this way.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your card number. The provider shares with us only what is needed to activate your subscription (e.g. a customer reference and its status).

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete individual records at any time in the app. To delete your entire account and all its data, contact us at the address below — we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.

Children

DriveLogix is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
