Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in the app

Sign in, then open More and tap Delete account at the bottom. Confirm with your email address and it happens immediately — no waiting, no ticket, nothing for us to approve.

The same control appears as Leave this garageif you were invited to someone else’s garage as a driver. That removes your login and leaves their vehicles alone.

Or ask us to do it

If you can’t sign in, email info@drivelogixapp.com from the address your account is registered under, with the subject “Delete my DriveLogix account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your account, garage, vehicles, and every record you created — refueling, charging, services, expenses, income, routes, readings, reminders and notes. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion; billing records required for tax and accounting law are retained by our payment processor (Paddle) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete any individual record — refueling, charging, service, expense, income, route, reading or reminder — directly in the app by opening it and tapping the trash icon. Vehicles can be archived or deleted from the Vehicles screen. For anything else (for example, removing a driver or clearing a category), email info@drivelogixapp.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days, keeping the rest of your account intact.

Mention it in the same email and we’ll send a CSV export of your records before deleting.
